It is possible to make a stock-taking each month but that would take from at least few hours to even few days and it would involve lots of personnel. To explain it in easier way: the buyer takes the good from the shelve, comes to the checkout, the cashier enters the data about the product from the price list. But STOP! How the computer will recognize which of all the products must be written off? The names and characteristics of the item must be entered into the program during the sale. So, the cashier enters the product data. However, at the end of the month during the stock-taking occurs that wrong item is written off. Why? The computer can’t be wrong but the person entering data into the computer can make a mistake. But how to reduce the likelihood of errors?
